Ms. Choi is currently serving as deputy director of the intellectual Property Protection Policy Division at KIPO and is responsible for amending IP-related laws in specific areas of IP rights protection, unfair competition prevention and trade secret protection. Since joining KIPO in 2011, she has not only carried out trademark and design examination but also involved in various policy-making and managing projects, administrative investigation into unfair competition acts, and administrative IP-related litigation. Ms. Choi received her bachelor of law degree from Sungkyunkwan University, and practiced as attorney in Korea prior to joining KIPO
