Kwang Lim is a partner in the Vancouver office of Bennett Jones. He practices corporate and securities law, with a particular focus on cross-border mergers and acquisitions and capital markets transactions. He strives to offer practical and strategic advice and facilitate opportunities for Canadian and international clients across various industry sectors.

Mr. Lim is an adjunct professor at the Faculty of Law, University of British Columbia (UBC) where he teaches the Capstone M&A law course. He obtained his Master of Laws at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) with a specialization in business law.

Mr. Lim was named a Lexpert Rising Star for 2018, as one of Canada’s leading lawyers under 40, and was named a Leading Lawyer to Watch – Corporate Finance & Securities by the Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory.
