Mr. Nam leads Forensic Technology Team at EY Korea providing eDiscovery, information & privacy governance (compliance), digital investigation, and cyber & incident response. Before joining EY Korea, he worked as a director at Alvarez & Marsal, Sr. VP at AlixPartners in Seoul and manager at Deloitte Korea specializing in the areas of cross-border dispute support including eDiscovery and digital forensic, data migration (transfer) and governance, and digital investigations. Mr. Nam earned his B.B.A degree at Baruch College, City University of New York, and J.D. degree at Villanova University School of Law. Mr. Nam is licensed to practice in the New York State. He is a member of the International Association of Korea Lawyers (IAKL) and In-House Counsel Forum (IHCF). He is also a Relativity Master and Certified eDiscovery Specialist.
