Jen is a corporate attorney specializing in M&A and ECVC work. From her experience working in both large law firm and in-house settings in the US and Asia, she brings a wealth of international legal experience and cultural knowledge to facilitate cross-border transactions as well as domestic deals with diverse parties.

Prior to joining Parsus, Jen was in the Chicago office of Drinker Biddle & Reath (now Faegre Drinker), Kim & Chang in Seoul, and in-house at Reckitt Benckiser for its North America, Korea and Japan businesses. Jen received her law degree from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law and her undergraduate degree in business from Ewha Womans University. Jen currently serves as a board member and chair of the mentorship committee of the Korean American Bar Association of Southern California (KABA SoCal).

Jen grew up spending time in South Korea, the US, and the Philippines, and speaks English and Korean fluently. Jen is also a certified life coach. She is an avid skier and is the happiest on the slopes. She has an insatiable appetite for travel and a keen eye for creating a beautiful environment.
